How far do you travel?
we are based in Hertfordshire so a lot of our work is based in Hertfordshire, however, we often work in Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Buckinghamshire, London, Essex and Kent. we do however travel all across the uk and have worked in reading, Sussex, Bristol, Nottingham, Birmingham and Ipswich. please let us know your location upon enquiry and we can get planning from there.
how do you deliver the food?
for our grazing tables, we transport the pre-prepped food which we keep cool in transit in our cool boxes which we will then set up upon arrival at the venue, drop off delivery platters and boxes will be pre-arranged in their display and will just be dropped off on arrival.
for our street food, we cook the food on-site in either our 3m x 3m gazebo set up or our indoor wooden setup.
what information do you need from us?
enquiry stage - approximate numbers, location, timings, type of event, what type of catering you are interested in, any themes or important aspects of the event + your budget
closer to the event date - menu, dietary requirements and exact numbers + timings, parking + loading information, contact details for on the day, main contact for the day on the day of the event - where we are setting up + any changes to the timings of the day
how long does the set up take?
bite + Graze - we usually allow 1 hour to unload and then between 1 to 2 hours to set up the food display, however, this varies from event to event depending on location and numbers we are catering for.
street food - we usually allow 2 - 3 hours to set up and get the food ready ahead of serving however this is dependent on the type of event, location and how many people we are catering for.
can you cater for my dietary requirements and allergies?
of course - please let us know any dietary requirements or allergies during the enquiry stage or at least 1 week prior to the event. we can also discuss set up arrangements for our grazing tables, platters and boxes to prevent any cross-contamination. on the day of the event, all of our food on our tables is labelled for guests to know what is included in each dish.
what is your food hygiene rating?
we are very proud of our 5* food hygiene rating, we also have insurance and all certificates required. hygiene and safety is always our top priority for both ourselves and our clients.

how does your pricing work?
we usually work on a price per head basis, however, we do pride ourselves on our flexibility in catering packages therefore if you have a budget in mind please let us know on enquiry stage so that we can create a bespoke catering package for you.
how much space do you need?
grazing tables - the size of the table we need will be discussed during the planning stages, in addition to the tablespace, we will need approx 2m x 1m to set up.
street food - our gazebo set up is 3m x 3m, we will also need sufficient space for a queue to form in front of the gazebo.
how big are your portion sizes?
we often get asked on how much food do we supply per person. This will be dependent on the event and what we have discussed at the enquiry stage. our standard package includes a full meal per person and our portion sizes are generous. if you are not looking for a full meal per person, for example, you just want people to enjoy a nibble with a drinks reception - no problem, just let us know your needs upon enquiry stage and we can create a bespoke package perfect for your event.
do you provide tables?
as standard, we do not provide the table for grazing tables, however, we do have the ability to supply tables for an additional charge if needed.
do you provide cutlery and plates?
yes, as standard our eco-friendly plates and cutlery are provided with your grazing or street food package - if you are supplying your own at your event please let us know.
do you need parking or loading?
yes, we require a loading space and then a parking space - please let us know with as much notice as possible if this is not available at the event venue
do you dispose of anything left over at the end of the event?
for our grazing tables, as standard, the clearing after the event is not bite around the world's responsibility. if you need a cleanup service included, please let us know and we can include this within your bespoke package
